1) By downloading music files the user accepts the subsequent agreement with the company Cable Car Records, propr. Henrik Freischlader, Postfach 200402, 42204 Wuppertal, Germany.
2) The provision of downloads accompanying a physical product is a complimentary and one-time additional service by Cable Car Records. Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
3) The digital copy of the album is exclusively allowed for use within the frameworks of the copyright provisions. Solely the rights for a private use are granted. The copyright holders reserve all further copyright and ancillary copyrights. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, hiring, lending, public performance, broadcasting, and making publicly accessible any of the files or the download code are prohibited!
4) The download code becomes invalid after the first use. There is no legal claim to any replacement in case of loss or incompleteness. In case of any problems with the download, please get in touch with Cable Car Records at the above-indicated contact details.
5) Cable Car Records offers this service on an “as is” basis. A claim for compensation in case of any damages, particularly, consequential damages, does not exist.
